Non-Returnable Items

• Gift Cards & Accessories (non-refundable by nature)

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive authorization and instructions from our Louisville-based team
3. Ship your return using the provided prepaid shipping label (for exchanges or defective items)
4. Wait for processing and resolution (3-5 business days after we receive your return)

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

• Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
• Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return processing
